From the time you place your order and deposit to the time of installation will vary depending upon products chosen in your project. Blinds for example may be 2-3 weeks where Drapery may take 4-5 weeks for installation to be complete

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to come to your home, choose the ideal product for you and answer your questions 5 days a week from 10-4pm and on Saturdays by appointment only
Special Orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed.
Because of the nature of the special orders of custom window coverings it is not advised to used your own measurements. We have a FREE measurement service when doing an FREE IN HOME CONSULTATION or if you prefer to come to our show room to order you can book a CHECK MEASURE where are professional and certified staff will come out to measure for $59 plus tax this way you can ensure the proper fit as there are no refunds or returns on mis-fitting or improperly measured window coverings or drapery.
